About delivery

Normally we will send the goods within 3 days after we got the payment. Complex order may few days delay.

About damage when receive goods

Please be assured that we will send goods to customer in good condition. Please open the parcel in front of the courier. If find damage when you receive the package, please inform the courier immediately and then take pictures including damage picture and the outer packing picture. Contact us in time and explain the situation in detail. We will assist to solve or replace.

About warranty

we will provide 1 years of after-sales warranty for game pcb, no repair fee, but it the pcb need to replace parts then customer need to pay the replace parts cost. Arcade controller will have 6 months after-sales warranty. Other arcade parts is easily-consumed products, any damage caused by man-made reasons is not in the scope of protection.

We also accpe Western Union and T/T. If you want to change payment methods please contact us by email.In the email please let us know your order No. and which payment methods you want to change. Then we will adjust the cost for you.
